Absolutely the worst auto center around. They do not care about you or what you paid for. They just want your money! Paid for lifetime rotation and balance with my tire installation, then when it come time for the second rotation they refused to rotate them. They stated that they were not enough tread left on them, yet at no point selling me the policy was it ever mentioned would there be some sort of tread wear requirement for me to continue to receive my rotation and balance services. Then I go to their website and on their website the only place that a tread requirement is even mentioned is if you are getting a tire repaired. Which is not the case…I just want what I freaking paid for…if all you was going to do was rotate them one time then you need to refund my other $40 for not honoring what I paid for…especially since you didn’t inform me of that on the policy before selling it to me, and your website even says, “Walmart does not inspect tires for safety.” Keep your end of your deal and I will keep mine! Do better!

Paid for lifetime rotation and balance. Came back for my second rotation and they refused to do it due to “tread wear,” which was never disclosed when I bought the service. If you’re not going to honor what you sell, refund the money. Very disappointing.

Only had 2 of the tires I needed. I was at a Walmart that had 3. I asked if I could buy 2 where I was and 2 there. They said they would charge more for mounting and would not do the rotation and road warranty.
