I have had mixed experiences with this group. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice/respectful fellows but the end results, in some of my repairs left me questioning the experience. In one situation, they came to me (in my vehicle to pick me up) with a rag that seemed actually "locked in" into somewhere (dragging on the road under my vehicle) on my vehicle and the guy (when i mentioned it) just ripped it out rather than taking it off correctly. Later i noticed the air filter box had a broken fastner and there was a bit of the rag left on it. Another experience was with an electrical system. They kept the vehicle 3 weeks and the repair was a very questionable "jumper" (with just some odd wire from one fuse to another), a 10 min fix that i looked up on Youtube and eventually had to replace the wiring with "proper" parts because it had partially melted a fuse insert in the same box. A $12 fix that cost me $100+ with them. I inquired about the work and they said it was from "a guy who doesn't work here anymore" and once things were said (by some girl on the phone) about, "..and if it's our fault.." i had to step away and do the fix myself. I got the vehicle back, was told my fuel pump was probably bad because they put lots of gas in it (and the whole van smelled like gas and took days to clear out completely) and i went to the service station and put $10 in and it showed the gas perfectly so i don't know who gave the owner that information, probably the same 'wandering' mechanic the girl there said they got rid of. I've never had a bad reading with it since. I don't like leaving reviews like this but it's what really happened and i image "if" the owner had been more directly involved he wouldn't have allowed these inconsistancies if he had seen them but what happened is done with and, like i said, after the reaction on one of the calls i just had to step away. I don't feel any personal malice against them i just don't feel i can leave my vehicle in their hands again because of past negative experiences. I don't get personal, i just put down the facts and, like i said, when i made that one phone call on the 2nd experience i had to step away from the kind of response i was getting from the girl on the phone.
