Did not answer phone. Come to find out, they changed number and address. Gadsden city HAD to call licensed tow truck to tow a wrecked car from an accident. THIS IS A JOKE!!! Must be buddy system. Once again, no answer, no correct address!!! This is BULLSHIT!!! Took us almost 4 weeks to get our wrecked truck to a shop to be repaired or totaled!!! And we were sitting still at a red light!!! DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY TO BRING YOU GAS! Must less anything else!! This is City of Gadsden’s fault as much as anyone else.

So I left a review like this on Facebook then received a threatening phone call afterwards. I called about 11 am to have my car towed and they told me it would be picked up by 3 so I called around 3:30 and they were extremely rude and unprofessional told me a lie that they had already contacted me and told me they couldn't tow my car I stayed polite and asked if they could do it and they told me to call somewhere else and then hung up on me. I'm a disabled veteran and depend on my car and because of how unprofessional they were I was not able to get it over to the shop today if I would of been informed as soon as they knew they wasn't going to tow my vehicle then there would not of been a problem. Hopefully you think twice after reading my review before you call this company there are others in the area that are professional and accommodating.

Very irresponsible sales team, we have been trying to contact them for a week about a rather expensive vehicle that we are interested in purchasing, and it seems like they have no interest in selling anything, even though supposedly the car is in their lot ready to be sold. It is either a shady business or a bad sales rep, hands down the most uninterested dealer i ever worked with.
