I’ve been using store 4476 for almost 2 years now and very happy with the customer service. For me it’s always a pleasure shopping here. Employees have always been kind, polite and helpful toward me. Today 1/21/26 Scott G. changed out a battery in my car that was under warranty. Hats off to this store and crew, I’ll keep coming back for parts, fluids and filters for all our family vehicles (8 in total). Thanks again

Scott, at this location, went above and beyond for me. I walked in and explained that I had just inherited my truck from my fathers recent passing and knew nothing about LEDs and he even went as far as showing me how to change them out myself and even insured that I was purchasing the right bulb. The manager at 3rd street off of Meighan, Jeremy maybe was his name not entirely sure, completely refused me any type of service on not one but TWO separate occasions. Wouldn’t even look up the bulb that I needed for my Daytime running lights. Definitely will always go to the Autozone in Rainbow city.

Scott G. was very helpful and got me everything I needed. I had been to the Advanced Auto Shop across the street. I needed a new battery and they wouldn’t replace it. They said they didn’t sell it anymore and I’d have to go somewhere else. AutoZone helped me immediately and didn’t give me any trouble. I appreciate being treated with respect.
