Used progressive app to get connected with KO. They were prompt, and courteous. Was broken down in a parking lot of a gas station and they technician was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for me! Very pleased with his knowledge and ability to change a starter in a parking lot :) thanks again!

I was broken down with a tire missing and an almost flat tire on my camper when Orlando of KO automotive arrived. He was so professional and so friendly and nice, I immediately felt that my emergency situation would be taken care of. He was able to replace both tires with new tires and got me on the road in plenty of time to get to my destination. I highly recommend KO automotive for any emergency side of the road situation that he's able to assist with. I'm so grateful that I was blessed with service from Orlando and his partner. If I could give more stars I would!!!!! I had a tire that went flat and was unrepairable and they provided amazing roadside assistance with tire replacement serves. Mentioned they would be at my location in 60 mins to replace my tire, They arrived in 40 mins. The kind gentleman called me before arrival. Told me that I was welcome to stay in the vehicle as it was way too hot . And was very quick and efficient while changing the tire. I will most definitely be using again and Referring to others.
