I visited the AutoZone location to get wiper blades for my daughter’s car while she’s attending Tuskegee University. Mr. Davis and the store manager were exceptionally professional, patient, and helpful. I’ll admit my ego told me I could handle it myself, but they stepped in with no judgment and made sure everything was done correctly. As a parent, it meant a lot to see my daughter treated with care and respect. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that if she ever needs assistance while she’s in school, she has a dependable place she can go to. Outstanding customer service all around.

I just want to take a moment to thank the amazing team at the AutoZone here in Tuskegee. I came in looking to get a jump for my car, and even though they weren’t able to lend out jumper cables, the employees went above and beyond to help me out. One of the workers actually followed me home—with the manager’s permission—to help get my car jumped off since that’s where it was located. I had come with someone who didn’t really know how to jump off a car either, so their help truly saved the day. They even explained what was going on with my car and helped me pick out the right jumper cables to purchase. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service all the way around!
