They did a great job on the repair. But, I did have to take it back a few times, because after it was repaired, the gas cover on my jeep would not close. (I went to get gas a few days later after I brought it home and noticed the gas cover doesn’t close properly anymore.) I called over the weekend and left a message. They followed up and told me to drop it off. They attempted to fix it, but it still wasn’t right. I took it back for a second time, they ordered a part, to fix it. It still wasn’t fixed. So, I took it back again. Third time was a charm. My gas cover can now close properly and water is not able to pass the barrier, when closed again. Overall, they did an amazing job with the work. My car looks like it did when it came off the lot. So, that’s amazing. I’m giving a 4 star, because I did have to go back a few times for the gas cover. But, they were nice and worked with me until it was fixed properly!

I don't know how else to put it, I never had to file a claim with my insurance before and I was nervous throughout the whole process. I was on 85 and a work truck failed to dispose of a what looked to be a broken corner of drywall. It flew off their truck and cracked my front bumper and scratched my hood and chipped the paint off. I chose Jones because a neighbor recommended them and I followed up on reviews myself as well. I was more worried about the paint matching on the bumper and the hood and I'm pleased with the results, they couldn't have made it match any better on the bumper and the hood I can't even find where the paint chip was, even the metallic blends in perfectly.
