Please check and read over your paperwork carefully!! Sold my daughter a 2015 Jeep cherokee, she kept her vehicle well kept, routine oil changes, tires, etc. She went to 2 well known dealships in tuscaloosa and was told the value of her jeep was only 2000- 2500 due to her Jeep having a salvaged title. I called spoke to the owner and he of course calmed it wasnt so, I went in person to the Mid- town afterwards and of course same bs of denying it! Offered to pay the remaining 14k off for her only if she purchased a different vehicles. We declined!!! Now we have taken legal action to get out of this loan with our lender! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Wesley worked endlessly to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car. I couldn’t have asked for a better car or a better experience. I drove from Muscle Shoals which is about an hour away. From the time that I arrived until the time that I left, he treated me like family. He was very patient with me and I was not pressured to make a decision. He was very transparent with me and provided me with everything that I needed to know about the car that I selected. At the end of the day, he just wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I am so thankful that I made my purchase at Midtown. I highly recommend buying a car here and I will definitely shop here again whenever I’m looking to purchase again.

They just push out a sale. Don't care about the customer, I went to buy my first vehicle from here. Got the payments just right for me, but the price doubled from the lot to the loan, $8k sticker price, $16k for a little 2017 Chevy Cruze. Oh, and if your car breaks? Don't count on the warranty. They'd have your car sitting there for 5 months before they even consider your car worthy of working on. I attempted to bring my car to the mechanic twice due to the engine sounding like a tractor, sputtering and idling horribly. First time, had to grab it back due to my job, I was gonna get fired if I didn't show up. Left it there for like 3 days and the dude never even looked it's way. Funny enough, the guy said that if he "deemed" it unsafe for driving, it'd void the warranty. It was in the same spot I left it 3 days before. The second time, I didn't even go up there, just called. Dealership basically gave me a sob story to try and get me off the phone, saying my car was being worked on and they're trying to get it out as fast as possible when my car wasn't even in the shop. My car is fixed now, took me 5-6 months to realize what it was. Fixed it myself. A tiny itty bitty piece of metal had lodged itself in the vvt solenoid, and made it malfunction. Dealership in Fayette said it was a $1600 timing chain. Anyways, I digress. Midtown sucks and I hope they reap what they sow, because treating customers like they're garbage, lying about the price and then not even working on a vehicle that supposedly has a warranty on it is a horrible way to do business. They should be ashamed of themselves.
