I've had a 5* experience for years until a week ago. Went in to pickup parts with my highly trained and disciplined registered service dog (I'm a disabled vet) that's also accompanied me inside this NAPA for years. The lady that works the counter had her dog in the store, who started growling, snarling and becoming aggressive. My dog stood there waging his tail, waiting for me to issue a command. After having to drag her dog into an office and closing the door, she proceeded to instruct me that I can no longer bring my dog into the store. No reason, no explanation, just her decision. Really hope she does not set NAPA store policy because I'm pretty sure, no wait 100% positive, her new store policy about my registered service animal violates Federal law-little lone punishing me for her out of control dog's inability to distinguish between friend/foe. Heaven help her if I decide to lodge a formal complaint with the Department of Justice….

Can't go wrong, just like any other parts store, if they dont have it, they'll get it. Except, everyone here is awesome. Excellent customer service

Can’t thank this gentleman and his wife enough for getting us back on the road. We lost our lug bolts and cracked a rim on our camper a few miles outside of town. They helped us with the repair and even took a wheel off of his own trailer to get us safely back on the road. 12 out of 10 would recommend supporting this business!
