OUTSTANDING. Watched these guys help an 18-wheeler navigate a road it had no business being on! Little did the guy helping know it would be a double call ... I wasn't paying attention when I went to maneuver my truck so the tail was out of the way and wouldn't get clipped by the 18-wheeler, my front wheel went off the road. The MR guy signs of the situation, thought through several approaches, and managed to save the day. And my truck!!

Gilbert Ramos saw us on the side of the road and stopped to help. We were towing a 21’ boat and the wheel bearing failed and overheated the bearing and axel. Gilbert knew right away what the problem was and offered to help. He put the boat and trailer up on his flat bed and took us to his company shop for temporary storage. Gilbert was awesome. He quoted a price, stuck to the price when all said and done and was really straight forward to work with. He’s a man of high integrity and care. I highly recommend working with him.

We had a stressful rental car (TURO) situation yesterday on I 70 just outside Copper Mountain as we were heading to catch a flight in Denver. The vehicle lost oil pressure and completely shut down. Within 3 minutes of us pulling onto the side of the highway, a tow truck from Mountain Recovery pulled in behind us and a wonderful young man named Steve came to check on us. Without going into too much detail, I just want to share, that we had the best experience during a tense and stressful situation. Steve made us feel safe, comfortable, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure we has everything done properly so we could continue our travel home without worry. Amazing young man, amazing company.
