I had an excellent experience with Auto Motives. Patrick got my Audi Q7 in very quickly and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue. His communication was outstanding — he kept me updated through both phone calls and texts — and had the repair completed much faster than I expected. The service, communication, and pricing were all top-notch. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning for any future service needs. I took my BMW 328i into the shop because of a burning smell, smoke coming out from the engine, and some leaking fluid I had noticed. After the diagnostic, they said it was leaking coolant from coolant turbo lines causing the issues. They also noted some leaking from the rear pinion seals, but that wasn't as urgent. I had the coolant lines repaired immediately which I will note kept the car running cooler and there wasn't the same smoke and leaking fluid. I called a couple days after I had my car back to replace the pinion seals and I spoke with Patrick who asked me to remind him to order the parts because he was busy. It took me 3 phone calls with one voicemail and twice speaking with people to try and order these parts. I eventually had to go back in-person to order them after 2 weeks of trying. I was still getting a burning smell and some smoke coming out, so I wanted them to figure out what's going on since it should have been fixed and nothing else was mentioned on the previous diagnostic. After they then had my car for another full week, they came back claiming there was a mechanic that did the initial inspection who was no longer with the company that missed another $4000 in leaks that were causing the smoke and smell after I had just spent a little under $3000 to fix the issues. Furthermore, the parts I was trying to order ended up not being necessary because the rear seals weren't leaking hardly anything at all. Knowing all this would have changed my entire thought process of even keeping the car let alone fixing it. The initial incomplete and incorrect diagnostic, the total hassle and time taken to order parts, the extended re-diagnostic, hiding behind a former mechanic that messed up my car diagnostic with no attempt at remedying the situation - I am frustrated and caution others about going here.

My stepson got his first car after graduating is the Audi A3 bought a bunch of parts cheap on eBay Chinese maid just excited to upgrade his car. I took in the Pat at Automotive to get advice on it. I did a bad eye said he can do it. I’ll be at eight hours later and tons of customization for the cheap parts. He got it done with a smile made my stepson very happy. The shop went above and beyond and they didn’t have to. I’ll continue to trust them with all my cars upgrades, general maintenance and I recommend them highly especially when driving that I-70 corridor.
