I’m incredibly grateful to I-70 Towing for taking such great care of me. After waiting for hours for another tow company that never showed up, an I-70 Towing driver actually pulled over on his own just to check if I was okay. That level of professionalism and decency immediately stood out. I ended up having them tow my vehicle, and the service only got better from there. When we arrived at the shop I had originally selected, they took the time to offer thoughtful advice on a better option for the specific repairs I needed and brought me there instead without charging anything extra. The whole experience ended with a handshake, a smile, and even a Starbucks gift card. The driver was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend I-70 Towing.

A wheel broke on my truck while pulling our camper to Denver to camp for the weekend. I was literally stuck in the most inconvenient/dangerous place on i70 with no shoulder, just east of Idaho Springs with a camper in tow. While waiting on the insurance company to send a tow (over an hour) Otto showed up from I70 towing (within 10 minutes.) He quickly explained our options, and then stated the obvious... super dangerous location, we need to get out of here! We agreed. He loaded our truck on the bed of the tow truck and then hooked up the camper. He was able to tow our camper to where we were camping in Denver. He made sure we were set up good and then offered to take our truck back up into the mountains to our hometown (the following day.) In an incredibly stressful and dangerous situation Otto helped us remain calm and make good decisions. My family and I are incredibly thankful for Otto and I70 towing!

My car overheated going up Eisenhower Pass during heavy traffic on a Sunday afternoon. I was in an area with no cell service, so I could not call AAA. I did not know what to do. I was stuck. I was just hoping police would eventually come by to help me contact roadside assistance. Then, Ben at I70 Towing pulled up behind me. Ben was wonderful. He looked at my engine and showed me how coolant was everywhere because of an apparent leak. I had to be towed to Denver. While costly, he did not gouge me on the price like he could have. We had lovely conversation for the 1+ hour drive to Denver. I am so thankful I70 Towing patrols the entire corridor. Who knows how long I would have been waiting. Thanks Ben!
