I went in for a rotate and balance tires plus a front end alignment on Thurs.. I was told I need 4 tires which I made an appt. I was driving yesterday and smelled something. When I opened my hood there was my oil cap on top of my radiator cap. I had barely any oil in my engine as I added 3 quarts of oil. I transferred my tires to a different location almost 30 mile 30 miles away. They offered to de grease my engine which I responded you won't touch my truck but will pay for it to be done. No need for my oil cap to be off.

Charles was both kind and helpful. He managed a very busy day (the last day of a big sale) with ease and professionalism. My only slight disappointment came from mis-understanding that we didn't get the full discount unless we applied and were approved for the credit card, but that is our fault for not reading the fine print. Overall a great experience, and I appreciate the free tire rotations and alignments that come with the package we purchased.

I had a great first experience at the brand-new Firestone Tire in Alachua! I came in for an oil change, four new tires, and an alignment. Or technician, Logan was professional and thoroughly took the time to assess everything carefully and explain recommendations without any pressure. I really appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress while my car was in the shop. Everything was completed on time, just as promised, and the pricing was very reasonable. Great service all around, I'll definitely be coming back!
