These folks are incredible. Having been forced into needing these services due an at fault driver's insurance "totaling" our car over a bumper I was so grateful for a helpful team backing me up through this stage of the process. From the first contact over the phone just asking questions through the actual inspection and filing paperwork they were nothing but the most helpful and friendly professionals. Everything was absolutely up front and honest. Every bit of pertinent information was made clear; required documents, expectations, cost. Every question answered with respect and in clear terms. And then the actual inspection process was extremely swift and watching the team work together was inspiring. These folks are the real deal and you need not look any further. Included a photo of our "total loss" bumper ? the entire insurance ordeal was hellish but my time speaking with and then certifying with CFL DMV Rebuilt was the sole refreshment throughout the whole process.
