If I could give them half a star I would. I brought my truck to these people to get my transmission replaced. They informed me that they had a transmission and would have it replaced in three days. After about a week I called and they told me that they had complications with the replacement transmission and they were searching for another one. They told me that I could keep my truck there and they would let me know when they found the parts needed. After months of trying to get ahold of them and not receiving any response, I finally got ahold of their sorry excuse for a mechanic. He said that they never found a transmission and told me to come get my truck. It was running and would start as soon as you turned the key when I dropped it off to them. When I showed up to get my truck, the battery was missing along with my exhaust and who knows what else has been taken off. When I asked them why parts have been taken off their response was “I don’t know what to tell you, parts go missing all the time here”. The mechanic refused to speak with me and no one there seemed to know how to form a complete sentence much less explain why the vehicle was tampered with beyond the agreed-upon work. Do not do business with these people. They are crooks and you will get your vehicle back worse off than it was when you brought it to them. They’re one lawsuit away from going out of business. This experience involved significant inconvenience, financial loss due to the missing components, and a complete lack of accountability or communication. I strongly advise potential customers to seek service elsewhere, as my vehicle was returned in far worse condition than when it arrived, with unexplained removal of parts and no resolution offered.
