I’ve tried to do business with them several times but they don’t ever answer the phone. I don’t know how you can run an auto parts store when nobody will pick up. Not wasting anymore of my time. I’ll take my money to a place that can answer.

We were returning from late lunch and didn't realize the time. As soon as we got in the door i could tell it looked like closing time. Actually 5 minutes past. The family owner was beyond kind to us. Helped us with what we needed, shared tips on cleaning car windows, and told us about his 65 year old family owned business. Apologized to us for the computers taking time to restart! It was past closing! Service ?!

Moved to Branford in 2020. I have a national Napa account I tried to do business with them. They won't answer the phone. I walked into the door they had phone off the hook. After repeated tries to contact them. I gave up. I shop at parts city across the street.
