I called today to get some simple directions so I could be prepared to drop off my scrap metal and not hold anyone up. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. All she kept saying was, “Don’t enter at the one with the big GLE sign.” The problem is, there are big GLE signs on every gate! I was just trying to ask which entrance to use and get some basic clarification, but she was dismissive and clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. For a first-time customer just trying to do things the right way, I’ve never been treated so poorly. Terrible customer service and an awful first impression.

OTR drivers stay away from this place I will never come back here again there is only room for two trucks to wait outside you have to back in from the street to get on the scale then you move forward and then back up to the portable dock to get loaded I checked in at 8am and got loaded at 1pm very disorganized and lazy workers I had another load that I was going to do but I cancelled it because of these guys made me miss my reload for taking to long Again stay away from this place if you have a load to get out of here cancel it and find another one

For semi truck drivers to pick up and deliver is no good long waiting period of time, also there is no parking outside in the street barely for 2 trucks, the forklift driver was nice and friendly though
