After a dealership mishandled our vehicle, they were willing to go back, pick it up again, and help us find a better solution. Since we’re new to the area, they kindly informed us they also own a repair shop and offered to take a professional look at the vehicle. The customer service was outstanding — the employee who answered the phone picked up on the first ring, was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help.
