While NO towing service is ever cheap, Arrow towing & service is at least friendly & professional. If you call ahead of picking up your vehicle, they tell you exactly what you need to bring get your vehicle back. So no wasted trips back & forth. The office to pay for your vehicle when it's been towed is on 6th Street just around the corner from there service yard. The yard where your vehicle is stored is also on 6th Street between the railroad tracks and US1. They have an ATM machine conveniently located on the handicap ramp to the office as shown in the picture I added.

‼️?If you believe in karma DO NOT USE these guys‼️? Elderly man who tows for them is rude and thinks it’s funny when people are down on their luck… laughed while my car was being towed and snatched away my key like I would take it (there was an officer there so it’s not like I wasn’t doing exactly what I was told) and then had the audacity to drive by me as I was walking down Williamson with no sidewalk in the pouring rain and proceeded to wave at me with a big smile on his face even rolled down his window to make sure I saw him… The universe will take care of him, but this is the driver they employ. ??? ?UPDATE? Went to pick up my vehicle and let the two females working the front desk know what happened with their driver and how he treated me. I was answered with silence… the older Brunette said she was sorry how the police treated me!? With as much sarcasm she could muster up. I just wanted to let them know how THEIR driver acted… (weak attempt to gaslight me) so she deferred my question with I’m badgering her co-worker. So explaining what happened is badgering. On top of their wonderful customer service they lost the fuel key to my car and said because there is a picture of my key by my purse that there was enough evidence for them. I only took my purse. Then she told me to check in my car. SOO that’s NOT evidence?!? She just contradicted herself…She came back with the driver said I wanted my keys really bad…. Okay why would I want my fuel keys to my car the only thing that was on there?!? I checked my whole car and nothing.So again no accountability on their end. She did say their dash cam would show him doing this so I’ll be waiting patiently to be proven right. I will say the guy who put my plate on, wouldn’t accept a tip for me, and was very nice, and the guy I initially talked on the phone with was very helpful and very nice and sweet. And the other tow truck driver, I ran into when I drove into the wrong spot was very helpful and very nice. So just a few bad apples, or maybe they just are miserable people that can’t set boundaries when coming into their professional job. And you know what they say, common sense isn’t common anymore… And I hope the older brunette lady finds some happiness in life or a job that doesn’t make her so miserable. Because customer service is not her forte‼️‼️‼️ Update 2‼️ ‼️?So I was wondering why the officer was just sitting around running plates not doing actual police work and why the tow truck driver got there in 7 minutes… holiday weekend!! They are hoping that people can’t get to DMV in 24 hours so they can charge for the 4 days, luckily mine was a mistake and I’ll be reimbursed for the tow… but I feel bad for the other person the cop sat in parking lot at Texas Roadhouse and just ran plates… ?? But yet another reason to NOT to use this company… I knew their karma was shady!! My intuition is always right about this stuff‼️??

Katie is the most disrespectful woman I have ever had to deal with at a towing company. I have worked many years in the Taxi industry and have had cars towed by many towing companies and Katie has no class and no Customer Service help at all with dealing with having a bill sent to the client for payment. . I asked for an itemized bill to be sent to my email so that I could pay it and she basically told me that I had to come down there to see my bill and pay it and that there was no bill that can be sent via email. In this day and age and with the volume coming in and out of this tow yard, The company should have a way to be able to send emails to bill their clients for their storage and any other charges they may occur while the vehicle is in their possession . I will be filing a complaint hopefully have this Katie women and the rest of the office staff their taught to do their due diligence as a Customer Service representative and also update their billing department so that customers are aware of there bills immediately. It’s absolutely disgusting how these people take advantage and treat human beings at a distressed time in their life Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company or if you do make sure you know exactly what’s going on with your vehicle and billing when it’s towed there because they do not care about anything else but the money they can get from you? if I could give them a zero star, I would
