I have a child attending FAU, that was experiencing some steering issues. I am always hesitant about repairs at a new shop. Alan was very prompt, thoughtful and did everything he could to provide an honest reasonable assessment. I appreciate being 1,000 miles away that I found a great place for auto repairs. I recommend this location to anyone looking for honest reasonable pricing.

This place is A GEM in Boca. Alan is the loveliest, most helpful person/mechanic around. So patient, he dealt with me on my AC that didn't need repair (ahem, silly me), and when I called about my car less than a week later with an unrelated issue, Alan answered and given it was after hours, told me to have the car towed there, and they'd look at it in the am. He even texted me. I also have to note the last time I was there, they were so lovely to this gentleman who just walked in and wanted to double check his car before leaving on a long trip. So glad I heeded my friend's recommendation - as someone who used to have a mechanic as a dad, I know he'd 1000% approve.

I brought in my 2017 Chevy Cruze to Mazel for an airflow issue that was causing the car to stutter. Researching online, this was a difficult issue to diagnose and could be caused by many different things. I was able to drop the car off to them immediately and they managed to identify and fix the issue in two days for a very reasonable price. This is the best experience that I have ever had when dealing with a Mechanic. They were honest, transparent and communicated regular updates. I am very happy with the outcome and would happily recommend this shop to anyone.
