Plenty of space to pull up with an 18wheeler. Very professional staff. Inside as well as outside. (Clean restoom ☆5). I wish their coffee machine was working but anyways. Overall. Great place.

My son's car was brought to this place after his accident. When I tell you 3 workers were ransacked his car upon our arrival. They were trying to open his trunk all the doors are wide open along with the hood. Once they brought the car around for him to retrieve his belongings. We noticed his tablet was gone. Mind you it didn't even bulge from the impact of the wreck. The wires were already cut from his battery. To his sound system. So we immediately realized that's what the workers were doing. So I asked the manager what's the purpose of those guys going through your vehicle before you retrieve your belongings or even before the insurance company appraiser checks your car out. His response was to get it ready for the insurance company inspection. Get the trash out.what a crock of BS. Beware of this company they steal from your vehicles before you even get a chance to process what had happened. Excuses Excuses. We filed a police report on my son's property and we can track it. This isn't over IAA. Stay Away from this so call company ran by a bunch of thieves. It's appalling how they treat their customers.
