“Let Me Give You a Number” Tom My experience at this NAPA location was extremely disappointing, specifically due to an employee named Tom. Instead of providing the knowledgeable and helpful service NAPA is known for, he was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way. When I asked for help, Tom did not attempt to answer questions or offer solutions. Instead, he handed me a generic corporate number and effectively pushed the responsibility elsewhere. This is not what customers expect when they walk into a parts store that promotes “NAPA Know How.” Customer service and basic professionalism should be standard, especially in a customer-facing role. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected a complete lack of both. I hope management takes this seriously, because experiences like this drive customers to take their business elsewhere.

If I could give a zero star I would. 3 different times now I have caught Tom lying to me about parts and pricing. I recommend using any other parts store than spending a dime with this store.
