Bought a starter for my truck in September 2025 and paid extra for the lifetime warranty only for it too fail in December 2025. Took it there and they put it on there machine which said it worked. Tried explaining that when it was on the truck the bendix wasn't fully engaging. Made me bring the truck to the parking lot to show them it wasn't working. Finally gave me another after arguing with them about it for 2 hours and had to change it in the parking lot.

I should have asked for a paper receipt. I can see why she said it’ll be emailed. Bought an air compressor. First time using; I shut it off to check the tire pressure. I managed to get it from 32psi to 36psi. Connected it back up, pushed the on button, nothing. Fuse is good, 12v receptacle is good. Nothing. So, while they did offer for me to reach out; I did manage to get the compressor I bought to work. I decided to keep it as a spare. Still a very poor compressor for the price.
