Our vehicle was towed while we were attending the Supercross event. We were told by security in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot that we were legally parked on street right of way. There were no "no parking or tow away zone signs". What is more upsetting is that we had my husband's handicap placard clearly displayed as he is a disabled veteran as is his buddy that was with us. And if that weren't enough they broke the valance on the front of the car. Oh, and we live 2.5 hours from Daytona. If you love and honor our US Veterans please don't support this company.

I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience with this tow company that I feel others should be aware of. The day before picking up my car, I was clearly quoted $138 plus $35 per day for storage. I called specifically to confirm pricing for the following day, so there would be no confusion. The next morning, when I called to retrieve my vehicle, I was suddenly unable to get a price at all. The woman I spoke with, who said her name was Dana, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” and claimed that both the police officer and the tow driver “don’t know anything,” even though I had already contacted Daytona Wrecker the previous day for confirmation. Her behavior only got worse. She was also rude to my mechanic who was trying to pick up the car on my behalf and hung up on him during the call. At one point, she admitted she may have messed up the pricing because she thought my car was black. When I corrected her and said the car was white, she abruptly changed the total and said I would now be paying $470. The entire situation felt misleading and dishonest. From the refusal to give a price, to the sudden price change, to the disrespectful communication, it felt like a scam rather than a legitimate business transaction. This company seriously needs to address how customers are treated, especially by the person working in the back office. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and no one should feel talked down to or taken advantage of during an already stressful situation. I hope management reaches out to resolve this properly and improve how they handle customers moving forward.

I have seen some poor reviews on this company and I struggle to understand why. Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason.My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I went there to clean out my vehicle after a devastating crash caused by the other driver . Based on the reviews I was apprehensive about how this was going to play out.What I found was one of the most helpful interactions with the people that worked there. The lady that checked me in and took my information was extremely friendly and kind and helpful with a good sense of humor. The two yard employees were nothing short of exceptional offering to help me in any way they could. Very courageous and personable.I had a pickup that was full of tools and a ladder that was too large for the vehicle I was using to retrieve my stuff. They all had no issues with me leaving and returning with a trailer to complete the job. (Receiver was in the truck so couldn’t bring the trailer to start with)They gave me all the time I needed and asked me multiple times if they could do anything. I was truly grateful and impressed . I just wish I had gotten their names to call out but they know who they are. Thank You. If I ever need a tow company in the future they will be the first call.
