Thank you Ron, and family. For the excellent service on a very hot Sunday evening this past July weekend. You all really went above and beyond taking care of us when the radiator blew on our Acura. Thanks to you all we were able to get somewhere safe, get it fixed, and make it home within 24 hours of the incident, on a Sunday! Excellent service, very friendly people.

Great company, most of the negative reviews are from the fact the company is on Rotation with Florida highway patrol. They don’t like taking accountability for their actions and would rather attack those that had no part in their consequences caused by their own actions. They do NOT set prices for police rotation calls FHP does. They are also not 30 min outside of town like another person falsely claimed the storage yard is practically in the middle of lake city and about a 6min drive from their office on US90 where that person paid their bill and was escorted to get their vehicle. The owners are super sweet and willing to help those that need it have helped many many people in the past which is why after 40 years they are mostly 5 star reviews. As far as wait times they are a mom and pop company with a few drivers. It can get busy especially when on rotation. Highly recommend using this company.

Bryant's towing was very professional and quick. Thomas had a clean truck and was very efficient at loading our vehicle. Kept everything safe. He knew the area and helped work with us to contact a mechanic on the weekend. Great overall experience.
