The store and most of the staff were great, except for Danny. On the phone, Danny was rude and didn’t want to help when asked for assistance from team members. I’m sure the store would be better without Danny.

I came in a couple days ago to get a new battery for my car, and the manager Josh was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was quick and efficient in looking up the correct battery, and I was in and out of the store in like 5 minutes. Then, I had to come in a few days later to drop off the old battery, and also because I got a check engine light, and Aldo was very kind and pleasant to deal with as well. He quickly refunded me for my core, then he came out and scanned my car, and he even brought me back inside so he can give some print outs of what codes came up. The guys at this store know what they are doing, and they are very kind, professional, and easy to deal with. I’ll be coming back here for all my automotive needs ??

Very disappointed with my visit today. I came in just for a question and was standing by the front counter for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped. The phone was ringing non stop and a bigger line was forming behind me, to then find out that the female worker was sitting behind the counter the entire time completely ignoring my calls for assistance and the other customers. I was going to give a 1 star review for the unprofessional attitude of that rude female worker, however there was one other sales person that was stocking in the back that noticed what was going on after 10 minutes and he was very sweet and helped me with everything i needed, as well as the rest of the line all while his coworker sat behind the counter disregarding her job completely.
