Super helpful and very nice. I didn’t end up having work done on my rental car but they helped me out with a minor repair and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I didn’t do the repair because there was previous damage that wasn’t part of my fender bender.

Such a nice, family owned auto body shop. Thank goodness this is only the 2nd one we've been to. From the first phone call, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Someone (me) backed our truck into our 5th wheel. Ouch! Anyway, thankfully, we are stationary long enough to get the tailgate and parts needed. Bruce's in Midlothian just scratched his head and said he had no idea when they could get one in..... Tracey put me on a brief hold, called the dealership, and had it there the next day. See why they get 5*? Service. The employees are really nice, down home people who know their business and treat people fairly. Replaced our tailgate, painted, swapped out the guts and cameras, and repaired our tonneau cover, which was bent.
