I brought my car into this shop because of some electrical issues/car turning off and uneven tire wear. Unfortunately, I was charged $158 for a diagnostic that didn't seem thorough and there was confusion about the reason I brought my car (which was odd because I had an 8am appointment and was clear at drop off). I didn't receive paperwork or detailed explanation on the diagnostic run. The main solution I got was that they tightened the battery terminals, but the car ended up shutting off again while driving the day after visiting their shop. I was also told there was a steering wheel issue that would cost $600 to fix, but I never got an official estimate. On top of that, they didn’t even check the tire wear issue I originally asked about, saying they didn't have time to put the car on a lift. Overall, I was disappointed and felt like the shop was disorganized and unable to provide comprehensive service. I really wanted to support a longstanding local business, but I didn’t feel my concerns were properly addressed. I hope they can improve their process for future customers. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for my original concerns and the steering repair needed.

Ive seen some negative comments about this establishment, I have always had the best service, been greeted warmly amd recommended if you need your mercedes worked on go see these folks!

Body shop work is terrible, sloppy job with clear overspray on everything (windows, mirrors, plastic trim), paint color isn't right, horrible finishing details, work was not done when they said it would be. Brought vehicle back for another week and had to rent a car at my expense and while they addressed a couple of the minor issues many still remain. Don't bring your car here.
