This is the worst scrap yard I have ever been to, LET ME FIRST SAY THAT I OWN RACHAEL'S SIMPLY NATURAL LLC I AM A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND, I sat at the sign where you wait at the entrance for at least 20 minutes.All of the recycycling dumpsters were blocked off by vehicles Sitting there there was no spot to pull in to be able to dump anything because it was blocked off by vehicles, multiple big trucks made us move multiple times and yet nobody acknowledged that we had been waiting and waiting if i had to recommend them a big No unless you want to spend half your day sitting there, on the other hand dominions recycling center has been the best to me since day 1, ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. People wonder why they're going to be losing jobs, and they're going to be having robots replace their jobs.This is why , because people do not appreciate thier jobs, its a sad world we live in today, a little bit of kindness can go a long way if you actually try to be good to your costomers AND WHEN you do bad business, and people don't wanna come back, your employees represent your business, and who you are as a company!! definitely need better organization in management skills.In my opinion.Have a blessed day!

Beware this company doesn't have there stuff together!! There time on the website says they close at 4:30pm but that is false they close at 4:00pm. And also if you haven't been there before make sure you ask for every little detail on were to unload your scrap because the person behind the window will not give very good directions on were to go! There is no signs telling you were is the drop off point or were anything is you can barely find the window for the cashier! The layout is very confusing if you haven't been there before. I also didn't see anything telling you how much they were paying for what ever your bringing in.I wasted a bunch of time and gas to drive all the way there just to get turned away by the time I finally found were I was supposed to unload! And it was only 4:05 pm.If I knew they closed at 4:00pm insted of what there website says (4:30) I would have waited until another day that I could be there alot sooner. Very bad business practices if you ask me. Im taking my stuff somewhere else and not ever going to mess with this joke of a place!!! Was trying to make a little extra cash and it ended up costing me money instead!! "Update" I had gotten an email from a manager or coordinator someone with a title and was told if I came back and give them another chance that I would get 2¢ more on the lbs for my metal and so I did and It was even worse of an ecperians!!! Florida had some weird ridiculous rules on this stuff! It was like I was being arrested. The only thing that was different was no finger prints and I got to leave! And watch how and where you walk or how and where you unload there is alot there too! Its just junk metal if you was able to load it and transport it to there I think you know how not to get hurt! Also showed the guy my email and was waiting on my paper stating they was sending me a check instead of cash!!! and he wanted me to get out of line and go to the back of the line to wait on an email from the person who sent me the email!! Now what would I be junking metal for if I had the know how and ability to fake an email to myself to steal 2¢ from them?? So I didn't get out of line and just didn't get the the money I was promised which if I did wait I was on the clock and it probably would have gotten me wrote up for taking to long and lost more money somehow agian!!! But I do think that if they could find a real manager that knows how to streamline production and maximize profits it wouldn't be to bad.
