Giving this towing company a high mark. The company after it got our assignment, text us with who there were and an appropriate arrival time (90-110 minutes). Having used other towing services, I wasn't surprised. As the ETA got closer, Rafael, the tow truck driver, called, introduced himself, cited what he was tasked to do, said the vehicle's location and also verified where the car was going. Then he asked if I was at the vehicle. Rafael, after verifying all that, told us where he was and gave an updated ETA (5-10 minutes). Rafael arrived, positioned his truck and got out of his truck and reverified the information, while photographing the vehicle to be towed from all sides. He got right to it hooking up the vehicle, putting the vehicle in neutral and pulled the vehicle up onto the tow truck's platform which had been deployed. When the car was on the platform he secured the vehicle with chains and then brought the platform to its home (level) position on the tow truck with the vehicle on it. Rafael had me electronically sign the required documents. ALL THIS DONE IN A CONSTANT DOWNPOUR. We followed the tow truck for about 5 miles thru the streets and onto the interstate. Rafael drove carefully and about 5 MPH below the posted speed limits. Verified the next day with my mechanic. The car was in his lot parked and the FOB was in his drop box. GOOD JOB!!!

Everything went well. Service man was very polite and came promptly to pick up the truck. We are very satisfied.

Had my motorcycle towed and they were nothing but help and very careful about how they towed my bike very knowledgeable about the towing industry I would highly recommend them for future service thanks again for an awesome experience
