I have to comment on A&W Mobile Mechanic on what a true blessing Ricky and his team was for us when we were broke down and certain we were in a true bind. Traveling home on I-75 on a holiday Friday night, we pulled into a gas station when I saw smoke coming from one of our trailer's axle. Our buddy bearing cover had come off and the wheel bearings wasn't even on the axle. Everything had ceased and we knew this wasn't going to be an easy fix. After several attempts in trying to find someone to come help us on a Friday night, I searched Google in an effort to find help. After a text message to A&W's mobile line and spoke with Ricky, he sent one of his guys to assist. Although they couldn't get the exact parts we needed that night, they were back exactly when they said they would be the next morning and got us put back together safely and we made it the rest of the way home with no further problems. On a weekend when we were to give thanks for the blessings in our life, Ricky and his team became another blessing for us to be thankful for. We will never forget the service we received and would trust them with anything we have should we ever needed another emergency repair. Thank you Ricky, Josh and all those who helped get us back on the road.

DO NOT USE. called over for a simple alternator replacement and he broke my bracket on my truck and nicked my ac line, that goes over the top of my alternator, with his crowbar. You can see where its spraying out and He jerry rigged the alternator bracket so its back on the road but I called to ask him about it and now he freaks out claiming he didnt break anything and wants me to cover the costs! When he did it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Now refuses to fix what he broke. Dont use this old man or any of his helpers!

I had a bad experience with this shop and still haven’t solve the issue. They don’t give me an answer about the money they still own me. They couldn’t fix my car and can’t gave the money I paid.
