Michael was very kind and considerate. He called several times to keep us apprised of his expected arrival time. Even though we were on a rather remote area on the interstate, he actually arrived ahead of time. Took great care of making sure our pets were secure in our truck since there was no room for them to ride with us in the tow truck. After taking us to the dealership, he waited until our ride arrived since the dealership was already closed. Can't thank him enough. We are elderly and that sort of service was unexpected nowadays.

I blew out a tire on my rv while travelling on I-10. I tried to call for roadside thru my insurance and after 20 min I googled and called Certified Truck/RV repair. The response was quick. My spare didn't fit the lug nut pattern and my tech found another tire, left put it on the original rim and was back quickly. Fixed and on the road again! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
