I broke down at 8 pm on the side of the highway off the Madison exit, two days after Christmas. It was a Saturday night and nothing would be open the next day. I looked on google for something that didn’t look “corporate” and had good reviews. I found this place. I called and Chad answered. He is such a friendly guy! He already knew it was the serpentine belt from me describing it. He assured me he would have me in and out on Monday and wouldn’t charge me more than was needed. He even offered to have a guy come in on Sunday for extra labor but I assured him it was not necessary! He let us know about the hotels nearby even though we ended up getting a ride back home. He made the whole process SO much easier and less anxiety ridden than if I would have broken down anywhere else!! Apparently a lot of people tend to break down in Madison so if you’re reading this and you’re broke down- Call JIMMYS for a tow and get towed here!!!!!

I had my car taken here by tow truck when i felt vibrations on 1-10 towards Madison. The mechanics called me in the morning on 2/15/26 saying I needed new front brakes. I said that is impossible unless something is loose because I had just replaced my front brakes less than a month ago. After looking they could not find the problem and said there were no problems with my vehicle. I left Madison and stopped at a gas station off 1-10 and I inspected again, I found missing plastic paneling causing scraping. I’m assuming a piece got caught up in my wheel well which caused vibrations. Paid mechanics could not figure this out, and would’ve scammed me for a full front brake service had I not known better. I would not reccomend this place in fact I would be willing to spend more to avoid it.

We are living in our RV right now and every other place we called on our way to Madison, was booked up for weeks. Called Certified Service Center and they told us to bring it in when we returned to Madison. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair in one day. Their friendliness and commitment to get us back in our RV as quickly as possible was so appreciated. Highly recommend and will be returning to them with our RV needs.
