He insisted on thoroughly scrubbing heavy corrosion off the terminals and testing the old battery to ensure it truly needed replacement. The lady working tonight at 5:30 on Oct 7 was needlessly rude to me and others. I was in line and she had her back to me. She said “what is it?” As a way to greet me and ask what I was looking for. I didn’t even know she was speaking to me with her back to me.. She seemed frustrated that I didn’t acknowledge her, but I didn’t know she had acknowledged me. She continued to be rude to me, so I left and took my business to another auto parts store. I have pretty extensive work to do to my car and I will not be returning there as long as she is there.. life is too short to deal with rude people who don’t want to work.

It's 6:30pm in Monday.. as we were walking up to the door the guy puts a sign in the door "Closed"! And , looked at us when he did. Another couple were there too and got mad and left.. how extremely rude!! Will never go back!!!
