Just wanting to share my positive experience with a tow I desperately needed at the time. After having my vehicle towed to a local shop, I was told they wouldn't be able to work on it. So in order to avoid a $35 a day storage fee, I decided it was best if I had it towed to avoid those fees. I'm on social security so after spending quite a bit of money trying to get the car fixed and the towing fees I've already paid, I was getting close to running out of money until I get paid for the next month. This was the only company I found that doesn't just charge you a flat rate for their service. They actually understand and will provide the service for an extremely reasonable amount. In fact, they were about $50 less than what I had been quoted. This might not seem like much but it is when you've already expended most of your social security for the month. They were also very quick to respond and towed me to a safe place until I can get the rest of the work done. I've just got to say it's much appreciated when you're facing difficult circumstances. Thanks again folks. ?

let's just you better show up before 5 on Friday because I was informed"I close at 5 and anything after that's going to cost you 75 for after hours fees". note most of us work for living and don't get outta work till 5! aThe gentalman didn't wanna hear anything at all, said he wouldnt do anything until then. End the end he did stop the daily fee, And today I got their @330 and he wasn't present,, so when I called him he said he would be their by 430, @430 he still wasn't their so I called again and found out where n when he would be back... Then I told hi that if I'm here after 5 I get paid 760 the price for the truck sitting for 5 days!

Well ... we thought yesterday we would be saying see ya later Florida, until next year. However, it looks like Florida wanted us to stay a little longer. We headed towards Michigan yesterday and not even 45 minutes into our trip back home our vehicle decides to take a break and wouldn't go over 25 mph. We called the tow truck and both boys were so impressed as this was by far the biggest truck they've ever been in or around... they both crawled over to our driver Ron and he let them climb with open arms to the steering wheel. They loved every second of our short lived ride. ❤️ Thank you AR&R Towing. Definitely recommend 100%! Very kind and worked very quickly to get to us on a Sunday. We thank you kindly. We will be leaving another review after his son James does the mechanic work on the vehicle!! James so far was very kind on the phone when we spoke with him and was extremely patient and willing to do whatever was needed to help us in our situation.
