Recently moved down here and on my fourth week of being here I got hit. I was wicked bummed because I knew no one in the body shop business. Brand new truck that I waited years to buy and it’s my baby. A family friend who knows cars recommended me to Imperial Body Master Inc. From the moment I walked in the door, April had the whole process locked down. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and helped me with the rental process and kept me up to date with parts ordering and then again updated on arrival. Pretty sure she even updated the rental company on a rim delay because I had ZERO ISSUES with keeping it past the delay. The work done on the truck was perfect, my rear quarter panel, bumper, rim and tire all look better than new. The paint blended perfectly and all the plastic rivets were set properly. I’m a former VW, Audi, Porsche mechanic and you can definitely tell by the level of customer service and the expertise of the repairs and the seamless paint blending these folks care about their work. Very happy and extremely grateful! Will use again!

Fortunately or Unfortunately...I have had the pleasure of having Imperial do repairs on 3 of my cars over the past 10 years. They do a phenomenal job and take the time to make sure everything is done and done right the first time. They were able perfectly match and blend in the colors when repairing one area that rolls into another. Excellent work! Honda paint was defective, chipping and peeling off in sheets . We tried a conservative approach but ended up with a total repaint.
