Dropped off truck for routine service after picking up within a few days dead batteries . Nut missing from battery terminals after paying 2000 dollars for service had to pay another 700 for two new batteries truck is 2024 batteries were not very old

I ordered a truck bed cover and GMC badging for installation on my GMC Sierra. I was charged $470 for badging installation, more than three times the $114.50 cost of installation listed on the GMC app that I ordered the product from. Tasca flat out refused to honor GMC's cost for installation. In addition, installation of the bed cover was done improperly. After double checking my receipt there's also an additional $97.43 that was charged and I can't figure out for the life of me where that charge even came from. I have asked to speak with a manager on two separate occasions to correct the matter and have been ignored both times. Unfortunately I was out of town for work when the installation was scheduled and my wife had to deal with the service department. I feel like they took advantage of her and the situation. She called me crying because of the way they took advantage of her. Now that I'm back from work I'm trying to clean up the mess but Tasca is repeatedly ignoring my attempts. I had used Tasca's service exclusively for my truck and had intended to use them for the entirety of my truck's lifespan. I will never take my truck or any other vehicle back after this ordeal. They just lost a lifetime of service charges over a few hundred dollars and shady business practices. I would advise against using Tasca's service department, unless you want to be ripped off and ignored.
