I've gone to see these guys several times to get parts. I've always been reluctant to go to a parts department because most of the time guys are rude but these guys are incredibly friendly and helpful. The other day I had to go and get some spark plugs and they were about to close but they still let me in to get what I needed and were very willing to help out.

Do not do business with this store in the service and parts department. They all tell you something different and are incompetent. Wednesday ordered two remote keyless package from “Mike”. Which sold the fobs to me for over $300. And said there would be another fee of $54 to program the fobs which they do when I picked them up. I said that is fine. Boniface called next day that the fobs were ready. I went next Friday to pick them up and to be programmed. The service associate said the next day would be quicker, the wait wouldn’t be as long. We agreed to come back the next day. Then Shana didn’t want to program them they didn’t have time then I explained we were told to come back. Then she said it would be a long wait and the price would be $202 to program the FOBs. The next time I buy a vehicle it won’t be here.
