Im very pleased with the service provided by Ferrel at the new Advance Auto Parts. I had stopped at another auto part store and they told me I needed to replace the starter. So I then stopped by AAP and Ferrel quickly diagnosed my problem and turns out all I needed was a battery. He credited my battery warranty and replaced it with a new battery. Thank you Ferrel! You saved me $848.00 to replace a starter that didn't need replacement.

I went in for a battery, the cashier was busy so laying around with a customer I asked him can he help me with my battery installing and he say he’s busy right now and he don’t think that’s the right battery anyway, but I can get it if I want so I purchased the battery went outside and tried to install it in my car It was too big so I returned back into the store to get a smaller battery and the guy said, I’m not changing it for a smaller battery. It has to be some kind of exchange policy not even a return policy, but I exchange policy for a I was momently there three minutes ago trying to get the correct size battery with no assistance. I brought this battery now they telling me I can’t get my exchange or refund or anything. What kind of service is this?

Josh and Boom were very helpful from the start. Greeted me as I walked into the store, then helped me find my wipers right away. They were friendly and offered to install my wipers. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.
