WORST experience EVER!!! What a completely unprofessional business. Made two appointments and they cancelled both at the last minute. Wasn’t even able to meet me to look me in the eye so I knew who would be working on my car and had the arrogance to express that if I didn’t just leave my only car there with NOBODY with NO APPROXIMATION ON WHEN I’D GET MY CAR BACK that they wouldn’t be working with me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! There are plenty of others who provide these services in the area that are much better. Look for 5 star reviews. There’s a reason for this guy’s reputation. Heed the warnings.

To be honest I was kind of skeptical about going here due to some of the Google reviews but since they are local decided to give it a try. They not only fixed my seatbelt but explain everything in detail with courtesy and respect. Now I can only said good things about my experience which was all the contrary of what some others said on the reviews. Thank you for your professionalism, it was a pleasure to do business with you. I recomend this place 200%.

Scheduled an appointment confirmed via telephone and text message. Drove an hour and a half to get there only for them to be closed. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I’ve attached the screenshot of appointment confirmation since they seem to refute every negative comment on here. If they can’t keep track of appointments I definitely wouldn’t trust them touching safety features on my vehicle. Edit: I was there at 2pm for my appointment after several unanswered calls I decided to make this review. There was a sign on the door that said be back at 3pm. Maybe take some responsibility and stop acting like the victim for every negative review.
