Purchased a bag of assorted rubber grommets. Only two from the assortment were the correct size for my needs, and I was fine with that. The 1st one broke from dry rot the 2nd day, and the second dry rotted and fell apart in one day. I did not save the receipt, so I did not bother to try to return this $10 item. I'm sure they have been hanging on the hook for quite a while.

This past Friday, I came in to get information on a part for my truck. Normally, I work with the assistant manager, Mike, and things go smoothly. However, this time I was assisted by Alex, and the experience was very different. He seemed irritated when I asked for help, was rude throughout our phone conversation beforehand, and even stopped assisting me midway through to take a smoke break. Though I want to attribute this experience to a bad day, the other employee was apologetic and finished the transaction, which told me that this is normal and expected on his end. Overall, this place is my go to but from now on I will bank on speaking to another employee.
