I went in yesterday to get a fuse for my car I was uncertain about the differences so I asked the the worker what certain things meant I already Googled them prior to that so I kind of already understood but I would like somebody to elaborate a little bit deeper and he couldn't really even give me a straight answer he really didn't know anything about it I didn't feel comfortable with his answer so I left and went to AutoZone and they were able to answer my questions anyway that I understood I tried going back today I needed them to put the Skinner on my vehicle to see if any codes would pop up for my cooling fan not coming on and the guy that I asked behind the counter refuse to hook it up just to see what would happen because my check engine light was not on. But according to what I researched the check engine light does not need to be on but he didn't give me a chance to tell him what I researched I went right away again back to AutoZone in lo and behold they did exactly what I asked him to do and wouldn't you know two codes popped up that he said said it wouldn't two days in a row bad customer service I think AutoZone just got my business full-time as of today

This was the finest and most dedicated Advance Auto store I have ever visited and had the pleasure to be helped by.????? And I'm not just saying that . I've been an Advanced Auto customer since 1980 something and have even had family members working at one store way back. At this store Joshua , Duran, Katie, and Dean worked very hard to help me when I was broken down and couldn't get going. Their knowledge of engines is incomparable because they are expertise at diagnosing and solving problems. It isn't that they just sell you a part and get you on the way. It isn't that they just look in a computer screen and see what they have. This is how an auto parts store should be , just like this store with these friendly people and I do not see that at all the other stores in Florida where people are indifferent and not focused and are careless in many cases. I have been to some terrible Advance Auto stores in Florida over the years? It's that they all, each and every one of these fine people go the extra distance to help you fix your vehicle when you are out of options and can't get to the solution by myself, they are here to assist with a wide variety of expert based knowledge. For instance Katie helped me go through the diagnostics over the phone while Dean ran a part out to me when I was stuck. The next day that part didn't fix it up and Joshuah and Duran teamed up to rethink the issue and go through all the procedures and the elemental parts to find the solution with the right part so that I didn't waste all my money buying every possible part in my diagnosis of the issue. By the end of the day this team at Advance Auto was the right part to get my vehicle up and running again and they did it with courtesy respect and dedication to the customer , me! This is the finest group of Advanced Auto team I have ever in my life been privileged to have help assist me in an auto repair when I was really in need and stuck of the help. The very best! Norm
