I drive a moped so towing is always a pain, but Don helped this process be a breeze! He was prompt and only took 30 mins from request to arrival. The entire experience he had a good attitude and friendly personality. Found the parking lot even though I put the address in wrong, and safely locked down my moped in an extremely experienced and efficient way. On the drive there I followed him in a friends car and he drove super safe and always got in the correct lane in advance. This service was great! I’m fairly new to being an adult and didn’t really know what to do so when Don showed up to help tow my car it was great! He communicated very well, came earlier than expected and drove me to my home all in the matter of an hour and a half. Very quick and efficient and was so nice to talk to on the ride over. Would highly recommend..I definitely know who I’m calling if I ever need there service again :)
