I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but a friend recommended them. It was my first time there, and they approached us right away and walked us through the process. Everyone was polite and respectful, and after calling around, they offered the highest price in the area.

I used to enjoy using this business until recently. After years of recycling here bringing large amounts of metal or copper at times. I experienced one time I brought a small amount compared to normal and noticed I was paid lower than the copper price was at the time. After leaving, I called and brought this to their attention and was told because I brought in a small amount. I got paid a lower amount. I always assumed the amount per pound should not depend on the amount of recyclables being sold. Sad to see people come to America and run this kind of dishonest business. I will never return. The place I use now has posted the amount per pound of ALL metals being sold And the weight of what you are recycling, so everybody can see it
