The Service provided by Futrell's was first class. The driver Eric got there within the time that I was told he would. He was very courteous and helpful and had a nice, very clean truck with brand new tires! I would highly recommend them for their outstanding service and nice equipment!! Thank you for making a bad day seem better!

If you like a Quote changing, pocket watching, thumb fiddling, no good. Trying to dillydally around while you are on their hourly rate clock. Then go ahead and get these “nice” folks to take care of you If not I would recommend GERALDS TOWING They saved me after these guys dropped the ball Ps. Here is a middle finger salute to futrell’s I also saved money!

They deserve ZERO STAR. Unprofessional tow service I talk with Lauren over the phone on 12/2/24 at 5:30 PM and scheduled tow service for next day at 8 am. Next after multiple calls she sent a tow truck to us at 9:30 am she was saying that the driver is checking the truck for one hour. At the end of the work they charge us $732 for one and half hour job. Don’t trust them they are totally scam towing company.
