Won't use Rials again after the price gouging we got. $350 for a 1 min tug in a parking lot... 5 min from the job they just finished and 5 min from their shop. I'm all for paying your guys but that was price gouging and taking full opportunity of the situation. It took him longer to run my credit card than it did to pull our truck out of the rut. We own a transportation company and have used them before and they never charged us like this, but I lost all respect after this. Our business wont use them again and I will never refer them again.

SO GRATEFUL for the prompt, kind, thorough service we received! Justin rescued us from the shoulder of I-20, hoisted our Toyota Tundra onto the flatbed, hooked up our travel trailer, and away we went!! Brought our camper to an RV park for us, the truck to dealership! What a gentleman!! (Particularly after I directed him to the wrong RV park to begin with.)? (sorry about that!) We are so grateful for the excellent service...especially since it got dark! So nice to have great people assisting us when we were en route to GA from AZ. 10 stars ? if I could give them!! THANK YOU!!!
