These guys are very helpful, especially recently they help me get my car out the parking spot . Even though it was towed they weren’t rude at all. He even let me sit in the car to get out of the cold while I talk my credit company. Very nice people I will go to them soon for any of my services pertaining to my car.

On October 22, 2025, my vehicle Honda HR-V, was towed by A&B Towing from Mount Everett Road in Dorchester, MA at 12:13 PM. Later that evening, at 11:13 PM, my daughter contacted an A&B employee to pay the towing fee and retrieve the vehicle. She discovered that the vehicle had sustained several damages and she tooks photos, but the employee of towing comapany instructed her to leave immediately because the company was closing at 11:30 PM. On the following day I returned to the towing yard and requested information such as the driver’s name, tow truck license plate, and pre-tow photos, the company refused to cooperate. Because of their refusal, I remained there for a while and called my insurance company for assistance. When the towing employees noticed this, they told me to have my insurance company contact them directly. In addition, the employees’ attitude toward me was extremely dismissive. As an Asian customer, I felt that I was being treated with hostility and disrespect. This experience left me deeply upset and concerned about how customers of Asian descent are being treated.
