THIS COMPANY ALSO DOES BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME ANYTIME TOWING. This company is SHADY and are 10000% running scams with apartment complexes. On November 5th my car was towed due to the “sticker not being visible” despite me paying monthly for a parking pass. Had to drive from Woburn to Dorchester and pay $300 CASH for them to release it. On November 17th they BROKE INTO MY VEHICLE. Nothing was taken but things were moved around my vehicle, my business cards were scattered all over my front seat and the sticker (that I reinforced onto my windshield with multiple layers of tape) was damaged and my car gave me an alert saying there was an attempted theft. My window is also now damaged due to whatever they used to break in. When we contacted the company they fully admitted to breaking into my car to “make sure the sticker was valid” and stated DESPITE IT BEING CLEARLY VISIBLE. They also said “would you rather us just tow it next time or would you rather us just go into the vehicle.” A police report was filed and the police are actively looking into this company as they stated this was completely illegal and a total violation of privacy and property.

Worst tow company ever. Completely unreliable. Our building has a contract with them and they never show up. I called nonstop, was lied to, and then ignored. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use them.

Absolutely terrible experience. My car was illegally towed from my own residence in Woburn, even though my valid, paid resident parking sticker was clearly visible in the window. I was forced to take an Uber all the way to Dorchester just to retrieve it — only to be told I had to pay $300 in cash to get my own car back. No explanation, no accountability, just rude and unprofessional behavior from start to finish. This feels like blatant extortion, not a legitimate towing service. They prey on people who have no choice but to pay. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away from Always Open Towing — they operate without integrity or respect for the law.
