Odea the owner, took my call at 8 AM on a Saturday morning when one of my fleet vehicles started misfiring right near a job site we were working at, close to his shop. He immediately made room for us and was able to get the truck in to replace all the spark plugs without hesitation. From the very first phone call, Odea was honest, professional, and straightforward, which gave me the confidence to approve additional work that we had honestly been putting off for a while.
