I had an outstanding experience with Smith and Sons this winter. I ordered a snowblower just three days before the big winter storm this year, and I told them it was really important for me to have it before the storm hit. I had called around to a lot of other shops and nobody could come close to making that level of commitment happen. The team at Smith and Sons went above and beyond. They had the unit transferred in, assembled, serviced, and ready to go in an incredibly short time. Not only that, but they actually stayed past closing time to make sure it was fully put together and ready for pickup. That kind of dedication and customer service is pretty much unheard of these days. It’s clear this is a hardworking family business that genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. The snowblower worked flawlessly during the storm, and I’m really grateful they made the extra effort to help me out. I highly recommend Smith and Sons to anyone looking for equipment and great service. I’ll definitely be going back there in the future.

Just purchased a new Kioti NS 6010, brush hog and grapple from Smith and Sons. I drove 2 hours down to their shop from NH to look at the machine. Once I was at the shop I was treated like I have never been before buy any business. from the moment I walked in the girl at thee desk couldn't have been more accommodating and nice, she then took me down to meet Chris who I had been talking to one the phone. He gave me a tour of the facility. This business is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. Their equipment and building is so pristine you could eat off it. I was then introduced to everyone we ran into at the shop. Then the big man Dan came in driving his semi. He got out and made time for me. This guy is in jeans and a hoodie, he's well in touch with the working blue collar guys. We discussed the equipment and the advantages and disadvantages to the equipment I was considering. I saved quite a bit of money going with Smith and Sons. After the deal was completed my equipment was delivered by Dan himself and he spent a good amount of time going over all the equipment. I can't thank these guys enough for what they have done. I now have finally started the business I have always wanted to with new equipment. The 2 hour ride down was well worth the trip, and they now have a new customer that is spreading the word on their business and customer service. You won't regret doing business with Smith and Sons.

I want to thank you and your 2 operators from all of us on Bristol Rd in Pembroke. You should be very proud of them and the work they do. The pride in your company shows through your people and your equipment. I met both of you operators tonight by offering them something to drink. They were very courteous and you could tell take pride in their work. I work for a 4th generation family owned marine construction business based in the Midwest and I know it is difficult to attract good people. I can see that you are doing something right and offer a good culture and work environment to maintain good people. I have had a number of interactions with your delivery drivers over the past few years when they have delivered mulch, loam and compost to my house. They have all been the same, very courteous, take pride in what they do and the equipment they show up in is always clean and in great shape. Keep up the good work and again thank you. Andrew Timmis
